Born and raised in West Carleton, Tom Bastien has an intrinsic understanding of Ottawa’s diverse neighborhoods. His early exposure to real estate, through his parents—both Realtors with three decades of experience—instilled in him a deep appreciation for the industry. After an eight-year tenure in Ottawa’s high-tech sector, Tom transitioned into real estate, where he has built a reputation for his client-centric approach and in-depth market knowledge.
Ramsay Ferguson, hailing from Carleton Place, complements the team with his profound insights into the local market dynamics. His background and dedication ensure clients receive tailored guidance, whether they’re buying or selling in the Ottawa area.
First established in December 2006 this real estate broker, Adam Wailey has since expanded to 10 offices across Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade, with a virtual office for those not located nearby.
